Within the 123 acre Residential Park are five community Parks that all border the lake. There is a full range of activities for your families and friends to enjoy. The First Park, is located near the main entrance features a Basketball Court, Picnic Area, Boat Ramp and a Rest Room.

The Second Park features a large waterfall with a sheltered Picnic area, BBQ facilities, a Boat Dock and a Rest Room. The Third Park features a full size Volleyball court complete with Spectator Bleachers and a Rest Room. Parks #4 and #5 are located near the entrance to the Island where the water is shallow enough for Kids to enjoy Swimming and Water Sports.

The entire 20 acre lake is available for the use and enjoyment of the Residence of the Radiant Lake Community. The use of Paddle boats, Wind surfers and Electric motor boats and Rafts are permitted. Plus in the wintertime the Lake will make a great Ice Skating Ring.
